·The Roller-hearth Controlled-atmosphere Bainitic Automatic Quenching Line is very suitable for the isothermal quenching of heavy duty impact-resistant bearing ferrules and AD austenitic bainitic iron. ·This automatic production line is composed of a roller-hearth controlled-atmosphere heating chamber, a nitrate quenching trough, several double layer isothermal nitrate trough, a nitrate washing and recycling chamber, an automatic loading machine and the computer based control system. ·The roller-hearth heating chamber is a fully sealed chamber with multiple back and front doors, in which the workpiece is heated in a controlled atmosphere consisting enriched gas and high-purity-nitrogen, preventing any decarburization during the heating process. ·The roller in the preheating zone is kept swinging back and forth to prevent the thermal deformation caused by heating. The transmission of workpieces are very stable, which prevented any collision and scratch between workpieces. The quenching elevator is kept fluctuating and additional water is poured into the nitrate solution in the nitrate trough periodically, which guaranteed the uniformity of the hardness of these thick workpieces, effectively reduced the degree of deformation. ·As a new product, this production line largely adopts advanced optical-mechanical-electrical integrated technologies; the production is safe and stable, and there is nearly no malfunction during production. All the control of temperature, program and atmosphere are performed by computer automatically. The actual quenching process can be programmed on the computer and progress accordingly. The finished quenching process can be saved, checked on the computer. All the data generated during the quenching process can be stored and reviewed. The operation is easy, safe and reliable. ·The workpieces which went through the nitrate solution are washed in a sealed washing trough, and the resulted nitrate water is recycled and then injected into the quenching slot to raise the cooling ability of the nitrate quenching liquid, which also prevented pollution. |
