The nozzles are evenly located with the heating proportion continuously adjustable. Each burning nozzle has its own heating controller so that the stability and the safety of the heating process are realized. ·The steel smoke emission structure is installed at the top of the furnace, the hot smoke exchange its heat inside a efficient heat exchanger before it is discharged. ·The internal pressure controlling system consists a pressure reading gauge, a differential pressure transmitter, PLC and an automated high temperature smoke valve. ·This furnace is most suitable for the normalization and annealing of roughcasts of large bearings, bars and steel ingots. |
